Plan Your Day →あなただけの長野の旅
Based in Nagano and working in the travel industry, I know this region inside out. And I'll be honest with you — Nagano's biggest weakness is getting around. For international visitors, navigating from the station to the best spots is exhausting, confusing, and eats up precious time. That's exactly why I started this tour. Get yourself to Nagano Station, and I'll take care of the rest — making sure you reach the best spots efficiently and stress-free. Guiding visitors through the places I love most isn't just a passion — it's what I do. This is a fully custom, private tour service — just you (or your group) and me. You pick the destinations, we build the itinerary entirely around you. A high-performance AI translator device keeps our communication smooth, whatever language you speak. I've put smiles on the faces of many guests. Trust me, and come to Nagano.

One of Japan's most important Buddhist temples, welcoming pilgrims for 1,400 years. The atmospheric Omotesando approach, underground passage, and optional morning ceremony make for an unforgettable few hours.
A dramatic valley backed by the Northern Alps. World-class skiing in winter, stunning hiking and gondola rides in summer and autumn. The mountain scenery on the drive alone is worth it.
A mystical Shinto shrine complex hidden deep in ancient cedar forest. Walk the iconic 2 km cedar-lined avenue to the inner shrine. Birthplace of Ninjutsu and home to Japan's most famous soba noodles.
Watch wild Japanese macaques bathe in natural hot spring pools at Jigokudani. The 1.6 km mountain walk to reach them is half the magic. Best in winter snow, beautiful in every season.
One of Japan's most celebrated night views — over 2,000 terraced rice paddies cascade down a mountainside, reflecting the city lights of Nagano below and the moon above. Spectacular at dusk, magical in spring.
Nagano's beloved local supermarket chain. Shelves packed with regional miso, sake, apple products, pickles, Shinshu buckwheat, and snacks you won't find anywhere else in Japan.
The itinerary is a blank canvas. Everything below is available on request — just let me know when you enquire.
Lunch Stop
I know the good spots — soba shops in Togakushi, mountain restaurants in Hakuba. Tell me your food preferences and budget, I'll suggest the right place.
Tsuruya Supermarket
Browse a proper Japanese supermarket — local snacks, regional sake, miso, fresh produce, Nagano apples. Always a guest favourite. Easily added to any route.
Café & Rest Breaks
No rigid schedule. Linger over coffee, sit by a mountain stream, take in the view. Your pace, always.
Professional Photo Service
Throughout the day, I shoot your group with a high-performance camera — candid moments, scenic portraits, the landscapes around you. At the end of the day, the full set of image files is yours to keep, transferred via AirDrop, WeTransfer, or USB. No need to hand your phone to a stranger or miss the moment trying to take a selfie. Just enjoy the day — I'll capture it for you. Please let me know in advance if you'd like this included.
Souvenir Shopping
Nagano is famous for miso, sake, wasabi, soba, and crafts. I'll point you to shops worth visiting and explain what you're looking at.
